How to Activate your MotoVisuals add-on in Steer:
Step 1: Obtain your MotoVisuals Key
Once you sign up for MotoVisuals via Steer, our team will reach out and provide you with a unique integration key. Haven't signed up for MotoVisuals? No problem, follow the proper link below to sign up!

Step 2: Activate Your Subscription
- Login to Steer.
- Click Settings.
- Click Integrations > select Marketing Tools.
- Enter your integration key > Save.
Step 3 " Adding MotoVisuals to Maintenance Reminders
With your MotoVisuals subscription connected, you can now attach videos to your maintenance reminder services, which send to your customers via Maintenance Reminder Campaigns. Adding MotoVisuals in this area also allows your customers to see MotoVisuals videos on their Vehicle Profile Page.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click Communication > click Maintenance Reminders.
- Click Go to Tenant Settings.
4. Select a service, then scroll to the MotoVisuals Video section.
5. Click Choose Video. You can search and preview videos directly within Steer, selecting the one that best fits the service.
6. After selecting a video, click Save.

You are able to add MotoVisuals to your custom maintenance reminders by following the steps above when setting up your custom maintenance reminder.
Step 4: Adding MotoVisuals to the Steer Scheduler
MotoVisuals can also be added to the Steer scheduler for your customers to view when schedule with your shop. Your shop must use the Steer scheduling widget to utilize MotoVisuals in this area.
The MotoVisuals add-on is not compatible with other scheduling widgets/services.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click Calendar > click Services.
- Select a service > click Edit Service.
4. Click Choose Video > Browse & Select a video for your service.
5. Click Save.
6. Repeat for all services you would like to include a MotoVisual on.
Where can my customers see the MotoVisuals videos?
Once videos are attached to services, your customers will be able to view them via the following sources:
Vehicle Profile Page
Customers receive a link to their Vehicle Profile Page through maintenance reminders and deferred service reminders. You are also able to create custom campaigns that include the Vehicle Profile link.
Once a customer receives a message containing their link, they can view their Vehicle Profile Page. Here, they will see any MotoVisuals videos you have added to your services in the maintenance reminder section.
Maintenance Reminders
Customers can also see MotoVisuals videos directly in the maintenance reminder emails. You can view what your customers will see by previewing any maintenance reminder email campaign; the MotoVisuals videos you added to your maintenance reminder services are shown in the emails directly to customers.
Steer Scheduler
If your shop utilizes the Steer scheduling widget, your customers will see MotoVisuals videos when they schedule with your shop by clicking About the Service.
