Using Steer and AutoOps? Appointment notifications, including confirmations, now come from Steer for easier communication with your customers.
All appointment notifications will now be sent via your Steer number. Previously, appointment confirmations came from the AutoOps no-response phone number.
Customers will now be able to respond to appointment confirmations, and you can manage/respond directly in the Steer inbox.
We've handled the change for you!
Don't worry, we have taken the extra step to copy over your current appointment confirmation settings from AutoOps to Steer. This will be a seamless transition for you and your customers.
You can now control all appointment notifications via the Steer Appointments > Notifications page.

Note: You will no longer have access to the appointment notification page in the AutoOps dashboard. If you are using Steer and AutoOps, all AutoOps appointment notifications have been turned off.
