How to Integrate Pit Crew Loyalty into Steer
Easily integrate your existing Pit Crew Loyalty account into Steer.
Navigate to Steer.
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click "Integrations."
3. Click "Rewards."
4. Click "Connect to Steer."
If you are an existing Pit Crew Loyalty customer, Steer will work on the backend to connect your account. Remain on this page until you see the "Connected" status appear. Once connected, you are now able to view and utilize rewards balances throughout Steer communications. Keep reading to learn where all rewards balances are shown and how to include them in your messaging.
If you are not an existing Pit Crew Loyalty customer, you will need to follow the on screen instructions to connect with Pit Crew Loyalty to sign up. After signing up, you can easily integrate your accounts, re-visit the steps above after signing up. Pit Crew Loyalty is a paid service.
How to View and Send Reward Balances
Pit Crew Loyalty Reward Balances are available for viewing in various features throughout the Steer platform.
Utilizing Rewards Balances in Campaigns and Appointment Messaging
Include Loyalty Rewards Balances in appointment reminders and other campaigns with Steer to reduce no-shows and encourage Reward Dollar usage.
When building a campaign you are able to display a customer's rewards balance by inserting the Rewards Balance Token into the campaign or appointment reminder: {rewardBalance.txt} .
You are also able to include the customer's Reward Card number in campaigns, by utilizing the corresponding token: {rewardCardNumber.txt} .

High-Level Integration Allows for Filtering by Rewards Balance
Deep Data integration enables filtering customers by rewards balance, and using that data for marketing and campaign purposes.
When building customer groups for campaigns in Steer, you can now filter by Rewards Balance. Utilize this data to target your campaigns to thank those with higher rates of loyalty, or to drive those with low rates of loyalty back to the shop.

View Customer Balances throughout Steer Features
Display Loyalty Reward Balances within the customer's Vehicle Profile Page, the AutoOps Scheduling Tool, and Steer’s Internal Customer Profile.
Vehicle Profile Page
Customer's will see their rewards balance when viewing their Vehicle Profile Page; this link can be sent in Steer's Maintenance Reminders and Deferred Services. Customers are also able to click to the Rewards Portal directly from the profile screen.
AutoOps Scheduling Tool
Be sure that you have also integrated Pit Crew Loyalty with AutoOps; doing so allows your customers to view their rewards balance during the scheduling process! Head to the AutoOps Dashboard > General > Partner Apps to check your Pit Crew Loyalty Integration.
Internal Customer Profile
Internal Steer users are also able to see the customer's rewards balance when viewing their Customer Profile.
