Steer offers ready-to-use text and email templates that enable you to quickly remind customers to reschedule, keeping your bays full. ### Key Features: - **Ready-to-Use Template**: Easily set up text and email campaigns to follow up with customers who missed their appointments. - **Customizable Messaging**: Tailor your message to match your shop’s tone, and include special offers or reminders to encourage rebooking. - **Automated Follow-Up**: No need to manually track missed appointments; the system sends reminders automatically based on your settings. - **Boost Revenue**: Reduce no-shows and increase business by bringing customers back to your shop for the services they missed. ### How to Create a Missed Appointments Campaign: 1. **Navigate to Campaigns Settings** Log in to your Steer dashboard and go to **Active Campaigns.
