How to Create a Missed Appointments Campaign:

Navigate to Campaigns Settings
Log in to your Steer dashboard and go to Active Campaigns. Create a new Follow Up Segment, title it "No Shows" or "Missed Appointments. - Adjust Your Filters
- Set the number of visits to 0-0 to target customers who have not visited since their last appointment.
- Set the number of days since the appointment to 1-1 to ensure you're targeting customers who missed their appointment just the day before

Select Missed Appointments from the list of available campaign templates. -

Schedule your campaign to automatically send follow-up messages after a missed appointment. Set your date for the day it launches, select the repeat, no end date option, and let it work magic for your bottom line. -
