New Fields to Collect Customer Information

Gather essential information from your customers to ensure seamless shop operations. The AutoOps Scheduling Tool now features new fields that enable you to collect Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) or create a custom field to gather any specific  information you may need. 

 

Custom Fields 

Inspiration: Custom fields can be used to collect birthdays, allow coupon input, vehicle colors, part brand preferences, and more.

Custom fields can be added throughout the Scheduling Tool experience, including: 

  • In the issue tree, related to a specific service   
  • As a stand-alone dedicated field 
  • In the step to collect customer information 
  • In the step to collect vehicle information

Custom fields can be required (or not) and optionally can push to your Shop Management System. To learn how more to create a Custom Fields, Click Here.

Optional VIN Collection

You now have the option to optionally prompt customers to input their VIN while booking their appointment.
