Managing Steer Text and Email Notifications
Enable email and text alerts for new messages, appointments, and more from Steer.

Notification Types
You can turn email, text, and push notifications ON (green) or OFF (gray) for the following:
Messaging & Appointment Notifications
Receive notifications about incoming texts, emails, and booked appointments.

To-Dos Notifications
Receive notifications for assigned and updated to-dos.

Review & NPS Notifications
Receive notifications for newly submitted reviews, NPS, and general surveys. You can adjust your notifications based on certain core criteria (e.g. less than 7).

How to Enable Text and Email Notifications
Note: Under your Profile settings, add your mobile phone number to start receiving text notifications.
Each Steer user can opt-in to text and email notifications while logged into their Steer account via their User Profile.
Click Your Name in the Lower Left corner > My Account

From your User Profile, click Notifications from the Left Sidebar.
Here, you can enable text and email notifications.
