How to Enable Text and Email Notifications
Notification Types
In Steer you are able to turn Email, Text and Push Notifications ON (green) or OFF (gray) for the following:
Messaging & Appointment Notifications:
Receive notifications about incoming texts, emails, and booked appointments.
To-Dos Notifications:
Receive notification for assigned and updated To-Dos.
Review & NPS Notifications:
Receive notification for newly submitted reviews, NPS, and general surveys. You can adjust your notifications based on certain core criteria (e.g. less than 7).

How to enable Text and Email Notifications
Receive notice of new messages, appointment requests, and review alerts from Steer's CRM directly to your phone or your email inbox!
Note: In the Profile settings you need to add your Mobile Phone in order to start receiving Text Notifications.
Once you've added the Mobile Phone to your account - you can enable Text Messages.
Access: Each Steer user can opt in to Text and Email Notifications while logged into their Steer account by accessing their User Profile.
In your Steer account, click Your Name in the Lower Left corner > My Account
From your User Profile, click Notifications from the Left Sidebar.
Here you can enable text and email notifications to your liking.
