Maximizing Use of the Leads Page
Leads appear on the dashboard and are also emailed to you.
On the Leads Page, you can view and manage two types of leads:
-
Partial Booking Leads: Customers who began scheduling but didn’t complete the process after entering their phone number.
-
Exit Form Leads: Customers who exited before entering their phone number but provided basic information through an exit form.
Understanding Partial Booking Leads
When a customer begins the appointment scheduling process, but does not complete it, AutoOps creates a lead. This information can be used to follow up with customers to ensure that their appointment needs have been met.
Click on a lead to view its details, including:
-
The percentage of the booking process completed.
-
Contact information, vehicle details, and other data provided.
-
“NA” fields for any steps the customer didn’t reach before exiting.
Following Up on Leads
Use the provided contact information to follow up with the customer.
-
Record follow-up details, such as:
-
If the customer scheduled through another method (e.g., called the shop).
-
Save all notes related to the lead for future reference.
-
Filtering Leads
-
Narrow down leads based on specific criteria, such as:
-
Customers who got far in the booking process (e.g., 80% or more).
-
Leads within the last two days.
-
-
Use this feature to focus on high-priority leads or reach out during slow periods.
Understanding Exit Form Leads
When a customer exits before entering their phone number, they are prompted with a form to provide:
-
Their name.
-
Email address.
-
A quick comment.

Use the provided details to reach out and address their concerns or needs.
Using the Leads Page Effectively
-
Regularly review both lead types to maximize follow-up opportunities.
-
Focus on high-priority leads (e.g., those who progressed far in scheduling).
-
Record interactions and outcomes to maintain an organized lead database.
