How to enable Reply to Reviews

Replying to Google reviews is made easy with Steer's direct Google Review Integration.

Direct Google Review Integration 

The following Google integration allows you to respond to Google Reviews within Steer. Follow the steps below to set the direct Google integration up and begin responding to reviews in Steer! 

You must be a Google Admin on your business profile  in order to integrate your Google Business Profile in Steer. 

  1. Login to Steer.
  2. Settings > Integrations.
  3. Reputation. 
  4. Select Connect Google Business Profile.
  5. Click Go to Google to Connect.

     6. Click Connect with Google,  follow the prompts.

     7. Choose the appropriate Google Business Profile. 

     8. Sign in to social-integration with your Google Business Profile when prompted. 

Once connected you will see a message on the screen stating the profile is connected.  

Please Note: There may be a small delay between integrating and being able to respond to reviews in Steer. This is normal and should not cause concern. Please reach out to our team if the delay is longer than 24 hours.


To begin replying to Google reviews, go to Platform > Reputation > Reviews, and select the review(s) you would like to respond to.
