How to Create and Edit Deferred Service Reminders

Deferred service campaigns allow shops to provide consistent and timely reminders for declined jobs; resulting in returning customers, increased car count, and increased average repair order value.

For the following shop management systems (SMS), Steer pulls Deferred/Declined services from the SMS source:

  • DropTop

  • Identifix

  • Pace

  • Protractor

  • Tekmetric

  • Shop-Ware

  • VAST Retail

If you use a shop management system not listed above, Steer can generate deferred service campaigns via keywords based on your invoice data. You can edit and customize these keywords.
