How to view a customer profile and what information is available

Found by clicking any customer in the Customers Dashboard, Messages, or Appointments

Business Profile: Multiple contact numbers, unsubscribed

Steer - Customer Profile - Business

Consumer Profile: Subscribed to communication, single phone number

All Customers: Business & Consumer

  • Manage or opt out of communication
  • View detailed customer information.
  • Edit contact info 
  • Easy links to message threads for that customer
  • Contact info: Contains current contact info for the customer. Email address or phone can be added if missing. To edit existing information click pencil near customer avatar/image. 
  • Subscribe to: Can use radio button toggle to change the “default phone number” messages are sent to.
  • If “Approved” customer can receive text or emails. 
  • If “Customer unsubscribed” the customer must text the shop START in order to be opt-ed back in.
  • If “Shop unsubscribed” the user can check the box to opt the customer back in.
  • Metrics: Reflect customer activity for that shop for all time.
  • Vehicles: List of all vehicles belonging to that customer. Click to go to the vehicle profile page. Can add a new vehicle clicking “New Vehicle” on top right.

  • Service History tab (bottom): See invoice history for the customer with amount, odometer and paid status. When available you can click to see the Invoice or DVI.
