      Some Shop Management Systems require a few steps to enable their integration. The directions for those shops are shown here.

      Connecting your Shop Management System


      Your Shop Management System may require a few steps to enable the integration.  The directions for those Shop Management Systems with specific instructions are listed below.

      Follow the steps below to grant access to AutoOps in Tekmetric’s integration page.

      1. Click on ‘Shop Settings’ in the menu
      2. Click on the ‘Integrations’ tab
      3. Scroll down until you see the Steer or AutoOps integration card
      4. Click ‘manage’ on the Steer or AutoOps integration card
      5. Click ‘Grant Access’

      Follow the steps below to turn on the Steer or AutoOps integration for Shop-Ware

      1. Click on your profile icon at the bottom of the menu and click ‘Account Settings’
      2. Click on the API Connection’ tab
      3. In the list of vendors under ‘API Connections’, turn on 'Steer' or ‘AutoOps’

      Follow the directions below to find your Shopmonkey public and private API keys.

      1. Click the settings icon in the bottom left corner
      2. Click ‘API & Webhooks’ in the settings menu
      3. Under API, toggle on ‘Enable API’
      4. Once turned on, click on your name in the top right corner
      5. Click ‘Update Person Info’
      6. Send a screenshot or manually send the ‘Public Key’ and ‘Private Key’
