AutoOps' integration with BayIQ allows you to display customer rewards balance throughout the booking process, along with including their rewards balance in the appointment notes.

How to Enable BayIQ Integration
1. Reach out to Support at BayIQ and ask for your AutoOps Integration Credentials.
2. Once you receive your credentials, navigate to the AutoOps Dashboard.
3. General > Partner Apps.
4. Locate BayIQ, click Enable.
5. Input your credentials and click Enable BayIQ.
To customize the language that displays the rewards balance read below:
1. Scheduling Tool > Customer Info.
2. Rewards Section - here you can customize the display language, remember to include the balance keyword to display the balance.
Where to View Rewards Balance
Customers will be able to view their balance during the booking process after inputting their phone number; the rewards balance displayed is pulled via the connected phone number.
Rewards balance will appear in a banner across the top, and in the successful booking message.
Shop's can view a customer's rewards balance in the appointment notes included in the booked appointment.
