View all appointments and manage Scheduler appointment requests

Appointments > Scheduler

Scheduler is the first option under Appointments

View all your appointments. For appointment Requests from the Steer CRM scheduler you can:

  • Accept the Appointment (green check)
  • Decline the Appointment  (red X)
  • Click to text or email the customer (green chat bubble)
  • Click to change the status of an appointment (blue arrows)
  • You cannot propose new times from this view. Instead, please message the customer directly to propose a new time. Then, you can then either edit the original appointment or create a new appointment.

Appointment Status: 

  • Request Made - appointments will not sync to your shop management calendar unless you accept the appointment time
  • Booked
  • Finished
  • Missed
  • Declined: view the types of cars and amount of request being declined

Filter available by: 

  • Appointment date
  • Created date 
  • Waiting vs Drop-Off
  • Source

Appointment Source:

  • Shop management system
  • Campaigns
  • Schedule Widget  
  • Manual

Calendar

Calendar is the second option under Appointments. 

  • The calendar remains continuously sync'd with your Shop Management System 
  • You can toggle between a month, week or day view
  • You can click any appointment for more detail 
  • Appointment Reminders can be sent to any and all customers on your schedule 

Appointments> Communication

Eventually this is where configuration/settings for Appointment Notifications & Reminders will live. In the meantime a Campaign can be used to set up Appointment Reminders.
