Add Notes from Text Threads

When in a text conversation with a customer, you are able to add notes on the right hand side. You can attach a specific vehicle to the note along with images, videos, and other attachments. 

You will also be able to see any existing notes you have made in Steer or in your Shop Management System.

When on a customer's Steer profile, you are able to add notes in the lower right hand side. You can attach a specific vehicle to the note along with images, videos, and other attachments.
