What’s Different in Your Campaigns?

To help you launch campaigns more efficiently while staying protected, we’ve integrated new preset filters into our Follow-Up and Outreach campaigns. These updates are designed to streamline your messaging process, making it faster to reach customers while automatically ensuring your shop remains in full alignment with federal texting rules and industry regulations.

🔁 Follow-Up Campaigns

⭐ Important: All Follow-Up Campaigns now require the use of the Days After Visit (DAV) filter or the New Customer and Prospect Filters Only in order to send campaigns within this section. 

The Follow-Up Campaign section is designed for routine campaigns that send to your customer's post visit/appointment to welcome them, gather feedback, or to reconnect when they haven't been in the shop in a while. The new requirement of the aforementioned filters ensure that your Follow-Up Campaigns send to your customer at the right time to build the relationship post visit.

🚀 Outreach Campaigns

⭐ Important: All new Outreach Campaigns will have the default filter of Days After Visit 0-365 Days applied to the campaign.

This can be adjusted up to 730 Days After Visit, maximum. 

The Outreach Campaign section is designed for seasonal marketing, promotional blasts, and announcements to engage customer's and boost sales. Targeting customer's who have been active customers in your shop within the last 2 years helps maximize the deliverability success of your Outreach Campaign.

Communicating to customer's who have not visited the shop in more than 2 years increases your chances of unsubscribe rates which can affect the deliverability success of your current, and future, campaigns.
