How to Enable & Customize Deferred Services
1. Login to the AutoOps Dashboard.
2. Click Scheduling Tool on the Left Hand Navigation.
3. Click Suggested Work from the subcategories.
4. Toggle ON Show Deferred Work Selection Page & Save your changes.
5. You can customize the following settings for how Deferred Work will be displayed in your AutoOps Scheduling Tool during the booking process:
- Deferred Work Cut Off Months - deferred work older than the input months will not be shown to the customer during the booking process.
- Use deferred work estimated minutes from the SMS - If a customer has deferred work and this setting is enabled, AutoOps will use the estimated minutes from the SMS first.
- Deferred Work Page Titles - these are the titles and information that display on the page within the Scheduling Tool that the customer will see during booking.
How to Enable & Customize Maintenance Reminders
1. Login to the AutoOps Dashboard.
2. Click Scheduling Tool on the Left Hand Navigation.
3. Click Suggested Work from the subcategories.
4. Click Maintenance Reminders from the top selection of the Suggested Work page.
5. Toggle ON Show Recommended Work Selection Page & Save your changes.
6. You can customize the following settings for how Maintenance Reminders will be displayed in your AutoOps Scheduling Tool during the booking process:
- Recommended Work Cut Off Months - recommended work that was due further in the past than this number of months will not be shown to the customer in the booking process.
- Recommended Work Future Cut Off Months - recommended work that is due further in the future than this number of months will not be shown to the customer in the booking process.
- Recommended Work Page Titles - these are the titles and information that display on the page within the Scheduling Tool that the customer will see during booking.
Where will Customers See their Services
Customers will see their Deferred Work and Maintenance Reminders during the scheduling process. These pages will appear after vehicle selection to prompt the customer to add services that specific vehicle needs to their visit.
