Updating Services on your AutoOps Website 

Keeping your shop's Services information up to date on your website in 2026 is about more than just a list; it’s about revenue, bay efficiency, and modern relevance.

Search engines do not just rank your website for "auto repair;" they rank your website for what your shop states they can also do. The landscape of the automotive industry is shifting faster than ever. If your shop has invested in new equipment, new certifications, and new offerings to your customer base; your website should reflect that immediately.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Adding/Editing Services:

  1. In your AutoOps Dashboard navigate to AutoOps Sites on the Left Hand Navigation.

  2. Click "Edit with the AutoOps Builder" to enter the website builder portal.

  3. Select "Content" from the Left Hand Navigation.

  4. Click "Collections."

  5. Find and select the collection titled "module-services" to edit the services your shop offers.

  6. Click the pencil icon ✏️ beside the service you would like to update. 
    1. To add a New Service, click the "+" button on the matrix to create a new service.
  7. Update the Service Images, Service Detail Title blocks, and Service Detail Content blocks using the corresponding text boxes on the edit screen. There 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Duplicating/Hiding/Removing Services:

  1. When in the services collection, locate the service(s) you would like to remove from your website. 
  2. Click the check box to the left of the services(s) you would like to remove. 
  3. Once you have selected your services(s), you will see the following options at the top:
    1. Set Visibility: set the services(s) to be visible (show selected) or not-visible (hide selected) on your website. Great for temporarily hiding services while equipment is out of order.
    2. Duplicate: duplicate the services(s) and all of the services(s) settings. 
    3. Delete: delete the services completely to clean up any services your shop no longer performs.
