Updating Coupons on your AutoOps Website

Expired promos are the digital equivalent of a "Check Engine" light for your shop's brand. An expired coupon isn't just a missed sale; it’s a signal to search engines that your site is "stale." Keeping your promotional content current is a high-impact way to maintain your rankings and capture high-intent traffic.

How to Add a New Coupon/Edit an Existing Coupon

How to Duplicate, Set-Visibility, or Delete Coupons.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Editing/Adding Coupons:

  1. In your AutoOps Dashboard navigate to AutoOps Sites on the Left Hand Navigation.

  2. Click "Edit with the AutoOps Builder" to enter the website builder portal.

  3. Select "Content" from the Left Hand Navigation.

  4. Click "Collections."

  5. Find and select the collection titled "module-coupons" to edit the coupons page.

  6. Click the pencil icon beside the coupon you would like to update. 

    1. To add a New Coupon, click the "+" button on the coupon matrix to create a new coupon.

  7. Update the coupon image simply click "replace" and upload the preferred image(s).

  8. Update the Coupon Offer, Coupon Context, Coupon Details and Coupon Conditions for the coupon by using the corresponding text boxes on the edit screen.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Duplicating/Hiding/Removing Coupons:

  1. When in the coupon collection, locate the coupon(s) you would like to remove from your website. 
  2. Click the check box to the left of the coupon(s) you would like to remove from your website. 
  3. Once you have selected your coupon(s), you will see the following options at the top:
    1. Set Visibility: set the coupon(s) to be visible (show selected) or not-visible (hide selected) on your website coupons page. Great for temporarily hiding coupons while they are not in use. 
    2. Duplicate: duplicate the coupon(s) and all of the coupon(s) settings. 
    3. Delete: delete the coupon completely to clean up any expired or not-in-use coupons.
