Our new NPS Downloadable Reports feature for Steer is here! This advanced capability allows Tenant-level users managing multiple shops to efficiently generate and download detailed Net Promoter Score (NPS) reports across their entire network.

  • Centralized NPS Calculation: Generate NPS reports for all your shops from a single location, eliminating manual consolidation.
  • Customizable Survey Settings: New option to designate specific 0-10 scale questions for NPS calculations.
  • Detailed Analytics: Reports include promoter, passive, and detractor percentages, as well as overall NPS scores.
  • Historical Data: Access and analyze NPS trends over time.
  • Shop-Specific Metadata: Each report includes relevant shop information for easy identification.

How to Access:

  1. Navigate to the MSO Download Reports page.
  2. Select the new "NPS Calculation Report" option.
  3. Choose your date range and enter your email to receive the report.

This update streamlines NPS tracking for multi-location businesses, providing valuable insights to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
