The Outreach Planner gives you a calendar view of your shop's email and text marketing campaigns, making it easier to see what's scheduled, find gaps in your outreach, and plan your next campaign. Log in to your Steer dashboard. 2. Navigate to **Campaigns**. 3. Open the **Outreach Planner** to view your marketing calendar. **Quick Access** - [Click here](https://app.steercrm.com/outreach-planner) to see the Outreach Planner The Outreach Planner displays your scheduled outreach campaigns in a monthly calendar, so you can quickly see what messages your customers will receive and when. **![Outreach Planner\_with Schedule Campaign](https://help.steercrm.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Outreach%20Planner_with%20Schedule%20Campaign.png?width=670&height=322&name=Outreach%20Planner_with%20Schedule%20Campaign.png)** ### View Your Monthly Outreach Calendar The Outreach Planner displays your scheduled email and SMS campaigns directly on the calendar. - **Email campaigns** display a preview of the campaign's banner image. - **SMS campaigns** display a preview of the text message. - **Today's date** is highlighted with a blue circle. - **Past dates** are greyed out to help you focus on upcoming outreach. Use the calendar to review your scheduled campaigns and identify dates where you may want to add additional outreach. Review upcoming dates to identify opportunities to reconnect with customers, promote seasonal services, or share special offers. For example, if you notice that you don't have any campaigns planned for the next few weeks, you can use the planner to start scheduling your next promotion. #### Schedule a Campaign From the Calendar You can start building a new campaign directly from an available future date. 1. Navigate to the month you'd like to plan. 2. Hover over an empty future date. 3. Click **Schedule Campaign**. 4. You'll be directed to the [Campaign Builder](https://help.steercrm.com/knowledge/creating-and-launching-campaigns-with-campaign-builder?hsLang=en) page, where you can create and schedule your outreach campaign. **Note:** The Outreach Planner helps you plan your marketing schedule. Campaign creation, editing, and scheduling take place in Campaign Builder. --- ### Review Your Active Continuous Campaigns 1. Locate the **Continuous Campaigns** section of your Outreach Planner. 2. Review the active campaign counts for each category. 3.
