Follow the steps below to integrate your existing Call Inbound system with Steer's Call Intelligence Features:
Part 1: Connecting Call Inbound to Steer

Part 1: Connecting Call Inbound to Steer
1. Login to Steer.
2. Settings > Communication.
3. Click Calls > select Call Inbound.
4. Login using your Call Inbound Office Manager (Admin) Credentials.
5. Select the Site that is relative to your shop.
- You may not have a Site setup, that is okay! You can still connect and utilize the features without a Site.
6. Select the Extensions associated with your shop.
- Include all extensions that you would like included in your Call Intelligence reporting and for CallerID+ notifications.
7. SAVE - your settings should look similar to below. Now you will need to setup your Steer Users to receive CallerID+ notifications for their extension.
Part 2: Connecting Steer Users for CallerID+
1. In Settings, click Company.
2. Click Users.
3. Select the Configure Call Settings Icon beside the Steer user you would like to receive CallerID+ notifications.
4. Select the Extension(s) for this user that they would need to receive notifications for.
- You can attach multiple extensions to a single Steer user; however this may become disruptive for CallerID+ notifications. We highly recommend each employee who needs to receive CallerID+ notifications while in Steer, to have their own Steer login.
5. SAVE.
Part 3: Enable Desktop Push Notifications for the User on the Device
Make sure that Push Notifications are allowed for Steer for those Steer Users who need access to Steer Call Intelligence features.
1. User Profile -> Notifications to toggle ON for Desktop Notifications for Call Features.
