How to Enable Soonest Available Bookings in AutoOps

Soonest Available Bookings allow you to display the next available appoint that can be booked for the service(s) the customer has selected during the booking process. Let AutoOps help fill openings in your schedule along with better assisting vustomer's who are looking to book as quickly as possible.

How to Enable Soonest Available Bookings

Soonest Available Bookings utilizes your availability settings, capacity blockers, and service settings while factoring in the appointments already on your calendar. Allowing you to rest assured that AutoOps will display the most accurate soonest time available for booking.

In AutoOps, navigate to

1. Scheduling Tool > Misc

   1. You can choose to show soonest available bookings for both Drop-Off and Waiter appointment types.

2. Toggle ON the "Show Soonest.." for your preferred appointment types. We recommend toggling on for both appointment types for best performance of the feature.

   1. Enabling this feature will allow customers to see the soonest available date and time for them to book their appointment.
3. Save your changes. 

The Shop Customer Experience of Soonest Available Bookings

During the booking process your customer will now see the soonest available booking when on the appointment type selection screen.

This allows your customer's to see what immediate slot you have available before continuing on to the date and time selection screen. Allowing the customer to more efficiently book the appointment that best suits their time needs.
