Certain Shop Management Systems (SMS) have a Public Invoice Link that can be shared with customers. Steer allows you to streamline the sharing of these links for customers to easily access their invoices.

What SMS currently have Public Invoice Links that sync with Steer?
Currently, Tekmetric is the only SMS that has a shareable Public Invoice Link that syncs into Steer for ease of messaging.

Where Can Customers see their Public Invoice Links?
Customers are able to access their Public Invoice Links via their Vehicle Profile. A customer will receive their Vehicle Profile link in Steer's Maintenance Reminders and other custom campaigns that contain: {vehicleProfile.url}.
When on the Vehicle Profile, the customer will:
1. Click Service History.
2. Click on Invoice - to view the SMS Public Linked Invoice for a specific date.
The invoice shown is the Public Invoice Link supplied by the SMS, Tekmetric.
