Estimated Values are a great way to collect insight to the potential value of leads and booked appointments. Estimated values are only visible to you, your customers will not see these values.

How to Add Estimated Value to Your Services
When you add Estimated Values to your services, this allows your team to track potential revenue for upcoming booked appointments, and for leads in which your team can follow up with. Follow the steps below to add estimated values to your services.
In your AutoOps Dashboard navigate to:
1. Availability
2. Services
3. Click the Edit Icon beside the Service you would like to add an Estimated Value to.
a. You can add estimated value when creating new services as well.

Where Does Estimate Value Show?
Estimated Values remain within the AutoOps Dashboard for your team to utilize as insight when evaluating leads and bookings. These estimated values do not show in the scheduling tool to your customers; they will not see these values.
You can see Estimated Values in the following places:
- Lead Details
- Appointment Details
Viewing the Estimated Value of a Lead
1. Navigate to the Leads Page.
2. Select a Lead, and click the expand icon for more information.
3. The Estimated Value for the lead is displayed here based on the services selected by the customer.
a. If a customer selects multiple services, AutoOps will provide an estimated total of all services selected.

Viewing the Estimated Value of a Booked Appointment
1. Navigate to the Appointments Page.
2. Select an Appointment, and click the arrow icon to view the appointment details.
3. Scroll down to the Service Requested section. The Estimated Value for the lead is displayed here based on the services selected by the customer.
a. If a customer selects multiple services, AutoOps will provide an estimated total of all services selected.
