Customizable Shop Management System Notes (Tekmetric)

Choose and order the tokens that are used to build your appointment notes in your shop management system. The tokens will be replaced with appointment-specific information when the appointment notes are generated.

Tekmetric limits appointment notes to 1000 characters. Resolved notes that exceed this limit will be truncated. Full notes can be found in your AutoOps dashboard.

How to Customize AutoOps Notes for Tekmetric viewing

Choose and order the tokens that are used to build your appointment notes in your shop management system. Drag to reorder. The :keywords token is always required. The tokens will be replaced with appointment-specific information when the appointment notes are generated.

In AutoOps, navigate to

1. General > Integration

2. Click Appointment Notes

3. Reorder the note fields, or toggle them off to your liking.

a. The order you choose here is how the notes will appear in the appointment notes section on your Tekmetric calendar.

4.Save your changes.
